Wedding numbers have gone down from 30 to 15. It may be less than ideal, but there are lots of positives to embracing a small and intimate wedding now and party later. It can be really intimate and beautiful - here are my 14 tips after I got married recently.

We asked award-winning photographer, Jason Yeoman of Weddings JY, to give us his low down on his five top tips every bride needs to know when planning the perfect images for their wedding day.

Its Fiona here, I want to say I totally understand choosing your wedding photographer can be the most confusing and daunting task when planning your wedding. Most people have never had to find or hire a photographer before. Where do you start? What do you look for? How do you know how much to spend? Before you get overwhelmed with the options, there are a few simple pointers that I often share with couples who I meet, and I'm happy to pass this information on regardless of whether they book me as I believe that finding the right photographer for you for your wedding is really important.

We saw lots of high neck, long lace sleeved dresses at the Oscars and the Vanity fair after Oscar party. If you love this style and woudl like it for your special day, you're in luck, as we have our new Margot dress made from a pretty Spanish corded lace in the new 'Nouveau' 2020 collection. Wonder woman Gal Gadot looked perfect in her black lace dress in a pink frothy skirt. Naomi Campbell delighted in a floral embroidered lacey number. Anna Paquin looked so pretty in a beaded long sleeved dress and Edwardian high neck dress.

For our recent Nouveau shoot, we asked Birute to create beautiful make-up looks on our gorgeous model Marta. We recommend Birute to all our brides, her work is simply flawless. The right make-up look can really polish off the perfect wedding look. We decided to go for shades of gold and a really natural and dewy look, that's really current in fashion and bridal trends at the moment.

The backs of wedding dresses are just as important as the front, especially as everyone looks at your back as you're exchanging your special vows on your big day.
