We are a responsible eco-luxe fashion brand, dressing timelessly chic brides for over 15 years, whilst empowering women, their communities and leaves no waste.

We are part of fashion's solution, not its problem.

Our Mission

To prove high-end design, quality and innovation CAN coexist seamlessly and harmoniously with environment and social responsibility. We create beautifully designed dresses any bride would feel incredible wearing, whilst supporting three amazing charitible organisations: Smartworks, AFRIL and Brides Do Good

Our Dresses

Proudly made in London in ateliers we've been working with for over 10 years  from the finest natural undyed silks, crafted into sleekest silhouettes. We have all the silk we need, as we've strategically bulk-bought everything to reduce our carbon footprint and eliminate delays. We have exceptional customer service too with so many glowing reviews from lots of happy brides.

The Green Collection includes some of our much-loved styles like Elsa and Josephine from the Couture Collection and has prices starting from £950.

The Couture Collection are made from a luxurious ivory silk crepe with prices starting from £1950.

The Founder

The label was founded in 2007 by Sabina Motasem, a multi-faceted fashion and graphic designer who launched a ready-to-wear range of designer cocktail dresses during London Fashion Week. Shortly after, Sabina designed a wedding dress as an extra-special gift for a friend who couldn’t find a simple, elegant dress amongst all the froufrou styles. Five 'special gifts' later, the idea for Sabina Motasem Bridal was born, which led Sabina to being mentored by the late Anita Roddick of Body Shop fame, at the British Library.

One of the main objectives right from the start, was to create a sustainable wedding dress, which could be worn again and again after the big day, despite there being very little consumer interest in anything ethical considerations during the Noughties, sadly. But doing things right and doing things better was always intrinsically THE core fundamental values of Sabina Motasem and still is.

Word quickly spread, and what started as a side hustle soon became a highly sought-after brand that has been dressing chic brides all over the world.
