This week, in our ongoing Creative London series, we meet Sabina Ali, founder of Sabina Motasem – a bridalwear label of fashion forward pieces, that combine classic glamour with modern lines.

Our Lily Raindrop  dress featured in a lovely piece on "16 beautiful wedding dresses for 2016" in Metro's bridal blog.  The blog, 'Style & The Bride', is written by bridal expert and previous Cosmopolitan Bride editor, Marina Licht.  

"Sabina Motasem’s ‘Lily Raindrop’ dress has a very contemporary feel to it. It is made in silk georgette and features a puddle train and floaty sleeves. It is embellished with beads in a raindrop pattern trickling down.  It would suit those of you who are looking for an evening bridal look."

Here's something I found in our archives from a couple years ago, "the" dancing shoot which inspired the ballerina styled images of our latest collection. The dresses were modelled by Sonoya Mizuno who went on to star as Kyoko in Ex Machina, written and directed by Alex Garland and shot by conceptual fashion photographer Oliver Prout.

Thrilled to be featured on the Whimsical Wonderland Weddings blog today, with our 'En Pointe' collection, and ideas on slip style dressing.

Here's a video when we accepted our 'Highly Commended' award a week ago today, at Morden Hall in Surrey, by Damian Bailey the founder of The Wedding Industry Awards. At 2.26 mins is where we are at, albeit with a slightly embarrassed but elated smile! Watch the video below.

On Monday 23 November, Sabina Motasem won the ‘Highly Commended’ award for Best Bridal Designer for London and the South East at the Regional Wedding Industry Awards 2016 at Morden Hall in Surrey.
