Supplier Spotlight: Sylwia Kunysz, Bridal and Commercial MUA
This week's 'Supplier Spotlight' features the insanely talented Sylwia Kunysz! Sylwia is an incredible bridal and commercial makeup artist; we were so lucky to have her as part of our team for our last styled shoot!
From bridal to commercial to natural to glam and everything in between, Sylwia Kunysz will make your look come to life! Based in London, England, Sylwia has worked on countless brides, editorial and styled shoots! With her years of experience and background as a beauty therapist, Sylwia's approach to makeup is second to none. Having a background as a beauty therapist, Sylwia understands the importance of choosing the right products to apply to your skin. Sylwia's philosophy behind her makeup process is that she "when we apply makeup, it should be a continuation of a skincare routine."
Sylwia is also committed to having a cruelty-free makeup kit (which is AMAZING!):
I believe that my passion for makeup and beautifying the faces should bring only joy and do no harm to anyone – my kit is 100% cruelty free. I have started to introduce my clients to the idea of non-toxic beauty. The majority of products in my kit are natural, organic and vegan. I use products from niche brands that use high-quality ingredients and support themselves with the best available technologies.
In our latest shoot, Sylwia created effortless pastel makeup looks that paired perfectly with our dresses, modern hair, and ethereal all-white florals! For Sapphire, she created a pastel green look and for Sirene, pastel pinks. Both had such a lovely, natural glow that really tied everything together and made their skin look flawless. In this Mediterranean-styled bridal shoot, Sylwia showcased a natural glam makeup look, featuring a natural eye and face with softly curled hair. Look how beautiful the tones of the makeup pair with the venue, dress and flowers. I'm swooning over this!

Not only does Sylwia do bridal, but she also does commercial and editorial makeup as well!
In this editorial, Two Fridas, Sylwia does a beautiful job contrasting between the two different Frida Kahlo inspired looks. The carefully placed red lip of one look justapoxed with pastel pinks of the other made for such strong imagery. I can't get enough of this styled shoot!
