Our appointments are 60 minutes

When you book a standard bridal appointment with us, the appointment will be 60 minutes. Don't worry, this is plenty of time to find your dress!

If you're unsure of what styles to go for, we do offer virtual appointment options where your first bridal appointment will be an initial consultation for one hour, where we go through all of our styles with you to determine your favourites. Click here for more information.

You will have exclusive use of our private space with a personal bridal stylist

During your appointment, you'll get full use of our private bridal space!

Relaxation and calm are at the center of every appointment as you and your guests will have exclusive use of the whole space, along with either Sabina or one of our trained stylists helping you at every stage.

This gives you privacy from having to be in front of anyone and everyone in a store while trying on dresses. You will also have undivided, hands-on help from a personal bridal stylist throughout your appointment!

Either Sabina or one of our stylists will carefully help clip the dresses to make them fit perfectly and style you with carefully selected accessories. Never before have our fittings had such a personal touch!

Only bring your closest loved ones

We know that it can be tempting to bring all of your family and friends with you to share in the special moments of 'finding the dress'. But, we really suggest only bringing a few of your absolute closest friends and family with you — we found that 1 to 2 people is usually a good number to bring.

Too many people can lead to too many opinions, and it can leave you feeling confused and overwhelmed. It's also important to only bring people who will completely love and support you no matter what dress you go for. Remember, it is YOUR day so don't be afraid to be vocal about if you're liking or disliking a certain style.

Wear nude undergarments

One of our most frequently asked questions is what undergarments you should bring and wear for your bridal appointment. Our go-to suggestion are nude, seamless undergarments. This will give you a good idea of what the dress will look like on your wedding day.

A lot of brides end up taking off their bras when trying on dresses because so many dresses have low, cowl backs or plunge-detailed fronts. But, it is completely up to you, wear whatever you are most comfortable with!

Share some inspiration

If you have pictures or style names of gowns that you love, bring them with you to your appointment! We'll have a short chat and get to know you before your appointment as well, so you can always send them to us beforehand! This will give us a great idea of what dresses to pull for you to start trying on first.

Have your budget in mind

Before you start wedding dress shopping, do your best to get an idea of what you're willing to spend on your dress. Keep in mind that you will also have to budget for accessories and alterations! We've got dresses spanning from just £975 to £2,475- there's a dress for everyone!

If you go about finding your wedding dress this way, you won't try on a dress that is above your price range, end up falling in love with it, and have to struggle with the decision.

Stay open-minded

While there's nothing wrong with having an idea of what you want in a wedding dress, do your best to stay open minded! You would be absolutely surprised at how many brides have chosen a dress that is the complete opposite of what they originally thought they wanted.

Don't be afraid to say "yes!"

Finally, don't be afraid to commit to your dress. There will always always be other dresses out there for you to look at, and new styles come out constantly. If you get that 'special feeling' about a wedding dress and you can picture yourself walking down the aisle in it, don't be afraid to say yes to the dress!

Looking forward to coming in? Check out our updated calendar with appointments- we've extended our availability to August! And as always, if you have any questions, feel free to email us at mail@sabinamotasem.com or message us on our socials, like Instagram or Facebook!

We cannot wait to meet you!
